Reflection skills of internship semester graduates in learning diaries - professional self-concept as well as cognitive and metacognitive strategies on the way to reflective practice.

This project examined the reflection skills (theory-practice transfer) of internship semester graduates, the professional self-concept as well as cognitive and metacognitive strategies on the path to reflective practice. Learning diaries written by students during the practical semester were evaluated using qualitative content analysis.
