What is it about?

How can industrial production be planned, controlled and monitored? How does the management of global production networks work? What needs to be done to produce goods more sustainably? Which specialist and leadership skills are crucial for efficient production management? These are questions that you will deal with during your studies. You will learn application-related engineering content from the fields of mechanical engineering, production technology and maintenance. In addition, you will gain fundamental knowledge of business administration, law, project and quality management and occupational safety.

The special feature of the combined study model is that it allows you to study while working, training or having a family. This is guaranteed by a seventy percent self-study component with tailored learning material and thirty percent full-day attendance on Saturdays. The model thus takes into account the combination of theory and practice demanded by science and politics.
