Content

The "Diversity and Education" project explored the guiding orientations of students that underlie their choice of studies and study behavior. Using the Faculty of Business Studies as an example, a total of five guiding orientations were identified and typologically differentiated. In contrast to the first project phase, these five types were examined on the basis of the hermeneutic analysis of interviews with lecturers with regard to the relationship between self-perception and the perception of others.
