Teaching

Final theses

I supervise theses on all topics in the field of human resource management. These can have both a quantitative and qualitative empirical reference or be review theses dealing with current scientific literature.

Students can propose their own topics as well as draw on topics I have written. I focus on topics in the field of quantitative personnel management.

The supervision includes a joint Thesis Jour Fixe with all candidates during the semester. Participation is mandatory.

The demand for supervision by me is currently high. If you are interested, it makes sense to contact me one to two semesters in advance.

I am not accepting new candidates for the winter semester 2023/2024, the summer semester 2024 and the winter semester 2024/2025. There are still places available for the summer semester 2025.
