Personnel Development goes International (PEgI)
In order to implement the university-wide internationalization strategy, it is essential to promote internationality and international skills among all university employees. Personnel development measures are increasingly being carried out with internationalization aspects in mind, and specific support and training opportunities are being provided for all employees to expand their international skills. This includes the promotion of stays abroad, the acquisition of foreign language skills and the strengthening of intercultural awareness.
