Fachhochschule Dortmund at the vocatium trade fair in Essen

Fachhochschule Dortmund will be represented at vocatium Essen on September 29 and 30, 2026 at the Zollverein UNESCO World Heritage Site. From 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., pupils can find out about the wide range of study opportunities at the university and clarify their questions about choosing a course of study directly on site.

The Faculties of Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Business Studies will be presenting their courses and providing insights into course content, admission requirements and career prospects. In addition, the Central Student Advisory Services (ZSB) of Fachhochschule Dortmund will be available to answer all questions relating to application, study organization and student financing. The personal consultations offer valuable guidance for anyone looking for a suitable study program.

vocatium Essen is a trade fair for training and studies that supports young people in their professional orientation. With around 81 exhibitors - including training companies, universities, academies and advisory institutions - visitors receive comprehensive information on training and study opportunities, dual study programs, internships, voluntary services and stays abroad. The fair offers the opportunity to make direct contact with decision-makers and get an initial impression of potential employers and universities. Admission is free of charge.
