How can you achieve a balance between work, leisure and personal needs? In this interactive 90-minute workshop, you will learn how mindfulness and conscious breaks contribute to greater focus, performance and well-being - both at work and in everyday life.
You can look forward to short impulses, practical exercises and moments of reflection on topics such as awareness, self-care and individual energy resources.
Also included: mental tools such as the "House of Life" for a self-determined working day and a relaxed end to the day.
