About the project

The study examined questions of the controllability of school development processes. The study assumes that the implementation of new management instruments (such as comparative work, internal and external evaluations) creates pressure for change in schools, which can be described as a compulsion to reorganize the organization, i.e. to redesign school organizational structures.
