reinSTUDIERT: The podcast about studying

Published

The first episode is about a good idea from the Architecture study program: Gero Ulrich (2nd from left) and Nils Ebert (2nd from right) with presenters Jana Klüh (right) and Tilman Abegg (left).

What does "practice-oriented" mean?
What is meant by "applied science"?
At Fachhochschule Dortmund, it means that our students solve real problems in the real world during their studies. With exciting projects in which they learn much more than is written in books. They talk about this in the podcast reinSTUDIERT.

Studying with us is practical. Our students build, develop, construct and design. They work on large and larger research projects and advance their own ideas.

In short: they do something with knowledge. They talk about it in the podcast.

In each episode of reinSTUDIERT, Jana and Tilman talk to students from a different study program. The students describe the problem and their solution, how it came about and how Fachhochschule Dortmund is helping them. This gradually provides a complete insight into the many services offered by Fachhochschule Dortmund.

They also talk about their lives at Fachhochschule Dortmund and in Dortmund. What it's like to live and study here. What you can do here and what you should know. And why studying at Fachhochschule Dortmund is worthwhile.
