Energy-saving campaign continues
In winter 2022/23, the major goal was to reduce gas consumption by 20 percent. On the one hand, there were measures that were derived from legal requirements and implemented on a mandatory basis, and on the other hand, we launched the energy-saving campaign "Together less ..." in cooperation with various stakeholders at Fachhochschule Dortmund. Further energy-saving options that can be implemented voluntarily were developed from this campaign. Each individual has contributed to reducing consumption through responsible, environmentally conscious and economical use. We now want to build on this.
We have therefore looked for ways to maintain classroom teaching, ensure good working conditions and reduce our energy consumption at the same time. We now want to repeat this and also "Together less ..." in winter 2023/24. energy consumption.
In doing so, we are drawing on the experience of the previous energy-saving campaign. In the winter of 2022/23, we more than achieved the savings target of 20% (compared to consumption in previous winters). We would like to thank all employees and students for this.
