Start of the lecture series "Sustainable Development"

How can we deal sustainably with each other and with the resources of our environment? In a public lecture series, lecturers from Fachhochschule Dortmund will shed light on and discuss selected aspects of sustainability from an ecological, economic and social perspective.

To kick off the lecture series "Sustainable Development" on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, Sebastian Kreimer(Opens in a new tab)  and Dorothee Albrecht(Opens in a new tab)  from the University of Applied Sciences' CSR Office will be looking at the basics of sustainability and climate protection at the UAS. The event will take place in seminar room 186 on the Emil-Figge-Straße campus in building 44.

Other topics in the series include digitalization, urban development and mobility. All events take place on Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. at various FH locations.

The lecture series emerged from the student initiative "Studium Oecologicum", which was launched last year.
