Alumni meeting of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering

Information

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering holds alumni meetings at regular intervals. The meetings offer graduates ample opportunity to exchange ideas with each other and with professors and staff in a cozy and relaxed setting with drinks and snacks.

- See your former fellow students again!
- Share your experiences of starting your career with us!
- With an interesting lecture from your professional environment you will make everyone present happy!

Dear graduates,

Hard to believe, but true: the date for the next alumni meeting has been set:

It will take place on 18.11.2022 from 5 p.m. at Sonnenstraße 96!

Please read the invitation letter PDF-File 127,37 kB . We have chosen the current topic of the energy crisis for the technical part of the meeting and will be presenting the following lectures:

  • Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hans-Christoph Funke, Fachhochschule Dortmund:
Power generation without nuclear power, coal and gas - can it work?
  • Prof. Dr.-Ing. Georg Harnischmacher, Fachhochschule Dortmund:
Energy transition 3.0 - and what does this mean for the grid?

We now very much hope that the pandemic situation will continue to normalize by then and that nothing will stand in the way of this regular alumni meeting. We very much look forward to seeing you again in the best of health and without restrictions. In the meantime, you can use the time to update the address lists in ILIAS and register for the reunion there!(Opens in a new tab)
