Artistic Research and Exhibition as a Fellowship Recipient in March 2026
Artist in Residence in Stöðvarfjörður, Iceland.
The Fish Factory Creative Center of Stöðvarfjörður is an organization in Iceland that promotes international exchange among artists and enables them to work on-site for a period of time to realize a project. Applications for the residency are submitted via a portfolio and a description of the artistic project. Nora Fuchs was selected from among many applicants. The four-week residency in March 2026 served to continue the artistic research project begun in 2024: “Tipping Point.” The series of immersive video installations explores the relationship between humans and nature. The resulting video work was shown in the final exhibition inside a replica of an Icelandic house.
