We at Fachhochschule Dortmund have some questions for you.
They concern working life in the workshop and on the labor market.
Working on the labor market means that you do not work in the workshop.
When we ask about your work, we also mean training.
This is important:
Completing the form is voluntary.
If you don't want to answer something, you don't have to.
It will take some time, but you can take a break and continue later.
The survey is anonymous.
Please do not write down your name.
This way your data will remain confidential.
Your answers will be evaluated afterwards.
We pay attention to data protection.
If you need help completing the survey, please ask your carer or someone from the social services department.
We would be delighted if you would take part.
We are very interested in your opinion.
Due to the high level of interest, you can complete the questionnaire until September 30.
