On March 6, 2024, Rector Prof. Dr. Tamara Appel and Chancellor Svenja Stepper honored 56 employees of Fachhochschule Dortmund for their special commitment at a ceremony for "performance-based pay" (LOB).
The Rector and Chancellor thanked the employees from the faculties, institutes and administration for their very good performance. The LOB ceremony took place at the Sonnenstraße campus.
Introduced in 2011, "performance-related pay" has established itself as an important instrument from the perspective of the university management. The award is linked to a one-off performance bonus. Not only individuals, but also special achievements by teams were taken into account.
