Profile

The Vehicle Dynamics Laboratory works on innovative technologies to ensure safe and sustainable mobility. The laboratory has the resources to design and test powertrains in simulation and hardware. Matlab, CarMaker, Converge CFD and OpenFOAM are some of the software used. Operating strategies and emissions of conventional and hybrid vehicles can be developed on the laboratory's chassis dynamometer.

Current research and development topics in the laboratory include
