The university administration ensures the fulfillment of the tasks of the university of applied sciences in planning, administration and legal matters. It sees itself as a service provider for students, teaching, research and development.

Departments

Facility management
Department IV is responsible for creating optimal structural and technical building conditions for teaching and research.
Finances and third-party funds
Department I consists of the "Finance and Purchasing" and "External Funding" departments.
Organizational and perspective management
Department VIII consists of the specialist teams Organization, Organizational Development, Central Services, Human Resources Development, Family and Health and Human Resources Marketing.
Personnel
Department VII consists of the departments "Human Resources Management/Controlling, Civil Servants, Lecturers" and "Non-managerial Staff, Auxiliary Staff, Lecturers" as well as the specialist team for training.
Planung, Qualitätssicherung und Recht
Department V is responsible for the processing/implementation of strategic areas such as evaluation, reporting, accreditation, university development plans, internal regulations and legal advice.
Studies and international affairs
Department III is the central point of contact for orientation, information and advice as well as for application and enrollment.
University communication
Department II advises and supports students and employees, faculties and administration in internal and external communication.
University IT
Department VI provides students, teaching, research and development as well as the service areas with modern IT infrastructure and up-to-date IT services.
