The aim of REJOIN is to facilitate, support and accompany close contact and exchange between our students as mentees and our alumni from the field as mentors. Their professional experience is of great importance for this and is recognized and valued as particularly authentic and realistic.

The exchange between mentee and mentor and the professional and personal development of your mentees in "tandem" are at the heart of the program. Whether face-to-face meetings, video calls, telephone calls and mailings, meetings at work, at the university or at events - each tandem decides for themselves how they want to shape their relationship and work on the questions and topics.

As a mentor for students of the Faculty of Computer Science you are more than well equipped if...

• you have studied at the Faculty of Computer Science.
• you have already gained professional experience - whether employed or self-employed.
• you can consciously take the time to support your mentee individually.
• You would like to openly share your professional and personal experiences with the students.
• You are willing to adapt to your mentee, listen actively and give constructive feedback.
