Registration Design apartment - maintain apartment

With the joint compatibility week "Between aspirations and everyday life - ways to reconcile", the HochschulNetzwerk Familie (HNF) NRW is implementing a cross-institutional event format for all students and employees of the member institutions for the first time.

Fachhochschule Dortmund is participating with a presentation by the Verein für Gemeinwesen- und Sozialarbeit Kreuzviertel e.V.

Dipl. Sozialarbeiter (FH) Jan Hoppmann will use numerous practical examples in the online lecture "Wohnung gestalten - Wohnung erhalten" to show how living spaces can be designed to be age-appropriate in order to create more security and quality of life. Typical challenges posed by architecture or furnishings are explained and simple, effective solutions are presented. The adaptations presented are not only important for older people, but also offer everyone the opportunity to make preventative provisions for the future. Interested parties will receive valuable tips on how to make their homes more comfortable and barrier-free.
