In order to organize conferences, meetings with cooperation partners and
certain seminar concepts or tutorials to be hybrid,
some seminar rooms are equipped with fixed video conferencing systems.
For example, external guests can be brought into the seminar easily and virtually
guests can be brought into the seminar easily and virtually and interaction with those present on site is
conveniently and easily.

Cisco Webex Meetings and MS Teams are used technically, both of which

The technical requirements of the video conferencing system enable hybrid communication. Highly sensitive microphones are positioned throughout the room and two cameras can be used to view the entire room from different perspectives and angles. This eliminates the risk of participants not being heard on site.

As a face-to-face university, the focus is on joint learning and collaborative on-site cooperation in the seminars. Despite (and with) modern technology. This is why all rooms are still equipped with conventional whiteboards, flipcharts, pinboards or these strips. These strips are used, for example, to present posters in poster sessions.
