Information
Prospective founders need to consider numerous legal formalities right from the start in order to make good decisions: Which legal form is suitable? What tax formalities need to be observed? How do these affect the profitability of my business idea and my business plan?
In this (online) workshop, Daniel Heumann provides legal basics for (prospective) start-ups and founders. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity to clarify individual questions.
The workshop will take place in person at the SQuArE start-up and creative center (Lindemannstraße 79). Digital participation is possible. All interested parties are cordially invited.
Registrations are now possible by e-mail to gruendungsservicefh-dortmundde. When registering, please indicate which group (student, employee, etc.) you belong to, study program, semester and whether you are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree, if applicable.
