About MYKILOS
Mykilos is a contemporary kitchen and furniture design label based in Berlin and Hamburg. We design bespoke kitchens and interiors. Whether kitchen or product, each piece is thoughtfully designed to represent honesty and empathy, determined by the choice of form, materials and interaction. We strive to create designs of enduring quality and craftsmanship while exploring new perspectives of contemporary culture.
Our furniture and accessories collection combines the iconic qualities of the past with a fresh spirit of the present, producing new classics for the heart of the home - the kitchen.
Established in Berlin. Rooted in Bauhaus.
MYKILOS was founded by Daniel Klapsing and Philipp Schöpfer, who met while studying at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. The combination of a passion for cooking and expertise in interiors and furniture design over the years naturally led to a focus on the kitchen as the brand's core identity. Based in Berlin and Hamburg, the label is a place where people can experience uncompromising service and an avant-garde aesthetic that manifests itself in kitchens, furniture and accessories. The range of services extends from the realization of complete projects to design and custom-made furniture for both private and B2B customers.
