Fathers' lives since Corona: More flexible? More stressed?

According to the 2021 Fathers' Report, 45% of fathers want more time with their children or family. Many want to better reconcile care and paid work. They ask themselves how they can continue to use the flexibility they have gained in online teaching/working for a relaxed everyday family life. After all, a good work-life balance is the prerequisite for a close father-child bond and for a long-lasting and happy partnership.
