Computer science in education and society

Our Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Gabriele Kunau and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Andrea Kienle presented a paper at the "Informatik2022" conference in Hamburg this week. As part of the workshop "IUG 2022 - Informatics & Society - Shaping the Future", they presented and discussed their paper "The Ethical Guidelines of GI as a Framework for Informatics and Society in Bachelor's Education".
Our medical informatics student Lara Stemberg accompanied the professors as she was working on her project on the topic of keynote speaker Sarah Spiekermann. To enable her to do this, the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Faculty of Computer Science covered her travel expenses.

We are very pleased to be so competently represented at the conference.
