What expectations and demands do fans have in terms of sustainability?
Vacancies and in some cases ruined buildings in Greece after the Olympic Games, but also in South Africa and Brazil after the FIFA World Cup. In future, should major sporting events only be awarded to countries that build in an ecologically sound and sustainable manner and that can guarantee clean and predictable long-term after-use concepts?
