Best Practice Day 2022 "Suddenly a boss"

Published

Management responsibility from Friday to Monday - what special possibilities, responsibilities, opportunities, but also challenges does the sudden management position without an extensive career ladder entail? And what leadership skills are required here?

Company hierarchies change due to cultural change, unexpected circumstances, start-ups and digitalized working environments, and thus influence leadership in companies.

The Best Practice Day "Suddenly the boss - special features, opportunities and challenges of direct management responsibility" uses presentations and discussions to highlight the special features, challenges and opportunities that come with a new role with management responsibility without extensive preparation.

How?

The event will be offered as a hybrid format - on site at DASA in Dortmund and via livestream. In both cases, participation is free of charge. Due to the unclear situation with and around the corona virus, registration will be made by stating a preference for participation in presence or digitally. The final allocation will be made as soon as the pandemic situation and the possible number of participants on site can be assessed.
