Britt Lorenzen graduated from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz with a degree in business administration and journalism (specializing in crisis PR). Her main areas of expertise include counseling and implementing employer branding strategies, business moderation and auditing companies for the Bertelsmann Foundation's "family-friendly employer" seal. In her freelance moderation work, the topics are varied and complex. She moderates everything from panel discussions and lectures to large conferences on Business Studies and scientific topics.

Fabian Dittrich holds a doctorate in economics and is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at Fachhochschule Dortmund. He was previously a team leader in finance and IT at the Henkel Group and manager of numerous international projects. He is still involved in practice as a consultant, speaker and author and is also a business angel for two high-tech start-ups and a real estate entrepreneur.

Dr. Ellen Schmid studied psychology at the Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg and the University of London and then worked for several years as HR Business Partner at the European Research Center of General Electric. In 2011, she moved to the Technical University of Munich, where she completed her doctorate on "Me, Myself And I: Theory and Effects of Self-Interested Leaders" and most recently headed a competence center for leadership development in the digital world. In 2019, she accepted an appointment as Professor of Responsible Leadership at Munich Business School.
Dr. Ellen Schmid teaches and researches in the field of personnel and organizational development with a focus on leadership development in a digital working world. The results of her research have been published in leading international journals and honored with various awards.

Dr. Martin Peters is an alumnus of the Faculty of Computer Science at Fachhochschule Dortmund and founder and Managing Director of com2m GmbH. Among other things, com2m has specialized in offering software solutions in the field of IoT with its own IoT platform. Prior to this, he spent several years researching the topics of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.

Vanessa Weber has been Managing Director of Werkzeug Weber GmbH & Co. KG in Aschaffenburg since the age of 22 and is a passionate entrepreneur. She is the fourth generation to run the family business.
She is the founder of the Vanessa Weber Foundation for Education and Sustainability, an activist in various environmental and climate protection movements and is involved in committees of various national and international business and professional associations. In 2019, she was honored as a "role model entrepreneur" by the Federal Ministry of Economics.

Dr. Christian Schlösser studied business informatics at the Fachhochschule Dortmund. In 2019, he completed his doctorate in cooperation with the Fernuniversität Hagen on the topic of "Towards Concise Gaze Sharing". From January 2020 to April 2022, he headed the University Development Plan Office. Christian Schlösser is currently sharing the management of university IT in a generational tandem with the previous head of department Hubert Meyer.

Jan Stratmann has a degree in business administration from Fachhochschule Dortmund. He has worked for several years as a consultant in the IT sector and as a coach and trainer. In this role, he was project manager for the introduction of various software systems, such as the development of eLearning platforms. A core element of his work in recent years has been the development of solution strategies for the skills shortage in the IT sector. Jan Stratmann has been working as a lecturer at Münster University of Applied Sciences for several years, where he teaches key skills in business administration and corporate management.

Markus Rall is the founder and CEO of viality. Founded in 2008, the company is now considered a pioneer in the field of virtual reality in Industry 4.0 and supports medium-sized companies and DAX-listed corporations in their development with VR & AR. Markus Rall works in counseling for executives as well as in research and teaching. Here he teaches in the subjects "Computer-aided design", "Augmented Reality" and "Virtual Reality". He supports international start-ups in the field of virtual reality and co-founded the German Institute for Virtual Reality in 2016.

Denise Schurzmann is 26 years old when her father dies of liver cancer. She succeeds her father in the family business and is now responsible for around 60 employees and a turnover of several million euros. The trained office administrator completed her MBA in General Management at the University of Klagenfurt in 2021 and is this year's Federal Chairwoman of the Junior Chamber Germany.
