Former IDiAL employee Dr. Robert Höttger received the Fördergesellschaft's award for outstanding cooperative doctorate at the Fachhochschule Dortmund's annual academic celebration(Opens in a new tab) on 8 December 2022. In his thesis, he focused on researching ways to run software more efficiently in cars. In doing so, he took into account the special challenges from various software domains. The results of his work represent a further step towards realizing autonomous driving, among other things, in the future.
