IT studio

• 30 Windwos PCs (CAD workstations) with pre-installed software (login via FH ID and password for FB.1 students)
• 20 BYOD workstations with 24, 27 or 32 inch screens(B.Y.O.D. = Bring Your Own Device)
• Mice, keyboards, adapters, headsets and other devices can be borrowed for use on site. Please contact us!
• Large format printer(plotter workshop )
• Virtual reality lab (VR lab )

GENERAL

• When you enter and leave the IT studio, we are happy to say hello and goodbye.
• If you have any questions, if something doesn't seem to be working or if you are unsure, please contact us. We will be happy to give you a brief overview.
• Please note that the core opening hours may vary at short notice due to the involvement of employees in other areas of responsibility. Conversely, the premises may also be open outside these times.
• Please behave considerately in the workspace
• Refrain from consuming food and drink
• Use headphones, e.g. if you want to take part in digital courses.
• The IT studio is under video surveillance
• No model making

CORONA RULES

• The general corona rules of the university apply(https://www.fh-dortmund.de/corona)(Opens in a new tab) .
• Wearing a medical mask is recommended.
• Disinfectant wipes for independent cleaning of the equipment before use as well as dispensers for hand disinfection are available for free use.
• You are welcome to open the windows yourself for ventilation if necessary.
