Personnel Development goes International (PEgI)
The personnel development measures at Fachhochschule Dortmund are increasingly being carried out with internationalization aspects in mind and specific support and further training offers are provided for all employees to expand their international skills.
This includes the promotion of stays abroad, the acquisition of foreign language skills and the strengthening of intercultural awareness.
