Contest Rules: Science Slam
- The contest runs until Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CET).
- Five pairs of tickets for the Science Slam on September 29 at the Fachhochschule Dortmund will be given away. The winners will be notified after the contest ends.
- To enter, like and comment on the corresponding giveaway post on the Fachhochschule Dortmund’s Instagram page(Opens in a new tab) . Multiple comments will count as a single entry.
- Comments that violate Instagram’s guidelines, German law, and/or copyright laws will be removed without notice upon discovery. Participants who post such comments will be disqualified from winning.
- All natural persons are eligible to participate. The organizers of the promotion—specifically, employees of Department II (University Communications) at Fachhochschule Dortmund and their family members—are excluded from participating in the contest.
- The winners will be selected by random drawing after the contest concludes.
- Winners will be notified via an Instagram comment and contacted via a private Instagram message. Winners must provide the name to be added as a +1 to the guest list for the Science Slam on September 29, 2026.
- All participants’ Instagram usernames will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winners. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the contest. Participants have the legal rights to access, correct, and withdraw their consent.
- This contest is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram.
