Dortmund IRC 2022

136 participants from 18 countries gathered last week to share their research results and discuss important current issues during the Dortmund International Research Conference 2022.

The 13th annual edition of the Dortmund International Research Conference, and the first to be held in a hybrid format, was organized on the campus of Fachhochschule Dortmund - University of Applied Sciences and Arts. During the conference, 24 presentations were held that addressed relevant topics in the areas of digital transformation, education, employability, project management, and sustainability. Participants also had the opportunity to attend workshops on 3D printing and laser cutting, mobile robotics and creative research and reporting on climate protection projects.

In addition to the academic program, participants enjoyed an exciting bus tour of Dortmund, where they got to know the city better, and made valuable contacts and friendships with other colleagues at the InterActive evening.
