While all IT Help Desk locations are closed until further notice, we can offer you a virtual solution for the IT Help Desk:


Operation hours:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (noon) and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • What is the IT-Helpdesk? - The IT-Helpdesk is the place to go for any study - related IT-problem. Here you will receive 1st level support.
  • Where do I find it? - You can find the IT-Helpdesk in the libraries of the university: Emil-Figge-Str. 44, Sonnenstraße and Max-Ophüls-Platz.
  • When?
      During term time:
    • EFS 44: Mon - Fri, 10 - 2pm
    • SON: Mon, Wed, Fri, 10 - 2pm
    • MOP: Tue + Thu, 10 - 2pm
  • Who participates? - The university IT-team, the e-learning team as well as the university library are part of this project. Qualified students will be available to answer your questions at the aforesaid times.
