International research and teaching exchange with Europe and Latin America
Master's students, PhD students, and lecturers will have the opportunity to present and discuss their current research work and projects in plenary sessions at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH Dortmund) international research and teaching exchange – the Dortmund International Research Conference (Dortmund IRC) – from 24-26 June 2021. The concept offers young researchers a platform where they can train to participate in scientific discourse.
As in 2020, this year's Dortmund International Research Conference has received great support from the international project Industrial Twin Bachelor (InduTwin). The DAAD funded project is affiliated with the IDiAL research institute and, in cooperation with the EuroPIM project, has been contributing to the networking and internationalization of lecturers, students, and FH Dortmund since 2020 with regular teaching formats such as the Dortmund International Summer School, the Dortmund International Research Conference, as well as future Winter Schools and Spring Schools, which will be held alternately in Dortmund, Latin America, and China.
