Fachhochschule Dortmund - University of Applied Sciences and Arts is committed to provide academic education to young people through the quality of teaching, personal mentoring and a world-oriented approach, to encourage them to develop their potential and to pave attractive career paths for them.

With around 15,000 students, Fachhochschule Dortmund is one of the ten largest universities of applied sciences in Germany.
Our study programs focus on providing application-oriented training.
More than 80 study programs offer Bachelor's and Master's degrees in computer science, engineering, business and social sciences, as well as in architecture and design.

Students can acquire global skills through established international partnerships. Third-party funded research and numerous transfer projects establish direct connections to local companies. At the same time, Fachhochschule Dortmund gives sustainable impetus to the science location and the region.
