Research activity

My research activities are focused on developing software for video-based vital sign monitoring and processing in collaboration with the Erwin L. Hahn Institute for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. We aim to use this technique to overcome the limitations of contact-based hardware for biosignal acquisition in the context of ultra-high-field MRI. My supervisors are Markus Kukuk, Stefan Maderwald, and Mark E. Ladd.

You can find a list of our journal publications publications here and a list of our conference publications here. A part of our project is summarized in our power pitch talk (Video) given at ISMRM 2017. Furthermore, an open-source software that demonstrates some of developed methods is available on Github. More information can be found on my Researchgate profile.
