A New Passage to India: Theory-Practice Projects in India and Germany

We offer an exceptional opportunity to build competence in Indian culture and to know India from the inside through participation in the theory-practice project: 'Circles of Support in Germany and India'. The project is part of the specialism 'Inclusion and Diversity Studies' for students of social work and related faculties and offers internships or study semesters in Delhi or Bhubaneswar within the framework of the DAAD Programme: ‘A New Passage to India’, which began in 2009 and is going into its 2nd phase now.

It is a demanding project including topics of intercultural learning and autism. Good knowledge of English, professional and intercultural curiosity are basic requirements. Further modalities will be discussed in our information session on 24^th of June, 16:00 h, room 124/5. An Intensive Hindi course, induction sessions, travel and accommodation will be financed by the DAAD.
